Note : The minimum charge per vehicle cannot exceed 3 hours except as follows:

Proms -4 hours minimum or actual hours which ever is higher.
New Years Eve -6 hours minimum or actual hours which ever is higher.
Super Bowl -12 hours minimum or actual hours which ever is higher.

	Carrier may require a non-refundable deposit up to but not exceeding the charge for one hour of service. Such deposit will apply toward the payment of any other applicable charge.
	Airport rates and charges
	Domestic gate meet: $25.00 + limo rates above International gate meet: $40.00 + limo rates above
	Accessorial or advanced charges
	Gate Fee -Not to exceed $25.00 Customs Fee -Not to exceed $40.00
	charge that are advanced by the carrier such as sales tax, parking fees, toll, or other additional services requested by clients may be billed to the clients at the actual cost.
	Waiting Time
	Airport transfers are subject to the following waiting time:
